Data Security
The AC Group guarantees the implementation of the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access. This is carried out considering the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed.
Purpose of Data Collection
The automated collection and processing of personal data has the following purposes:
- Maintaining the contractual relationship between the data subject and any of the AC Group companies.
- Executing, maintaining, and managing commercial, administrative, accounting, labor, marketing, training, and any other service relationships requested.
- Sending technical, operational, and promotional information, provided that the user has given consent or that there is a prior commercial/contractual relationship.
The data will not be used for purposes other than those established.
Additionally, cookies are used to improve navigation (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the site) to perform certain functions that are considered essential for the proper functioning and display of the website. Please refer to our cookie policy.
Duty to Inform and Consent of the Affected Person
When data is requested from the User, it will be incorporated into the processing system of any of the companies within the AC Group, and will be processed for the purpose and legal basis established in the clause attached to each relevant form, indicating which of the companies is specifically responsible for this processing, and with the appropriate level of protection, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Data Retention
The personal data provided will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, once it has ended, for the time legally required for the statute of limitations on contractual liability actions (the legally established periods). The personal contact data used for purposes related to the sending of commercial communications will be retained as long as the data subject, in exercising their rights, does not expressly request their deletion, revocation, or limitation of the purpose of the processing.
Data Recipients
The companies that make up the AC Group will not share personal data with any third party, unless the communication is intended to fulfill purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the transferor and the transferee, the data subject has granted consent for such purposes, or the transfer is authorized by law. Transfers of data to third countries are not anticipated.
Rights of the Data Subject
Any individual has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether any of the companies in the AC Group are processing personal data concerning them.
Interested individuals have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, individuals may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain it for the purpose of exercising or defending legal claims.
In certain circumstances, and for reasons related to their particular situation, individuals may object to the processing of their data. In such cases, the AC Group company responsible for the processing will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds or the exercise or defense of possible legal claims.
