USERS

Accessing and/or using this portal of CTS grants the condition of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the Terms of Use outlined herein. These terms will apply regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that may result in mandatory compliance.

http://www.cts.com.es provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter referred to as "the content") on the Internet belonging to CTS or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services offered by CTS through its portal, and by way of illustration but not limitation, not to use them for:

  • Engaging in illicit, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order;
  • Disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, glorifying terrorism, or violating human rights;
  • Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of the company that created the website, its suppliers, or third parties, introducing or disseminating viruses or other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages;
  • Attempting to access and, if applicable, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

CTS reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of individuals, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that violate youth or childhood rights, public order, or safety, or that it deems inappropriate for publication. In any case, CTS will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

CTS, either directly or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software, texts, brands or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by CTS or its licensors.

Under the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including its provision, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, by any means and on any technical support, is expressly prohibited without the authorization of CTS. The USER agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by CTS. The USER may view elements of the portal and even print, copy, and store them on their computer's hard drive or any other physical support, provided it is solely for their personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, evading, or manipulating any protective device or security system installed on the pages of CTS.

 

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

CTS is not responsible, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may arise, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

 

MODIFICATIONS

CTS reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate on its portal without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which these appear presented or located on its portal.

In the event that http://www.cts.com.es provides links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, CTS will not exercise any control over those sites and contents. Under no circumstances shall CTS assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an external website, nor guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, veracity, validity, and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of those hyperlinks or other Internet sites.
Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections shall not imply any type of association, merger, or participation with the entities connected.

 

RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

CTS reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, either on its own initiative or at the request of a third party, to those users who violate these General Conditions of Use.

 

GENERALITIES

CTS will pursue the violation of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond by law.

CTS may modify these conditions at any time, being duly published as they appear here.
The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will remain in force until modified by others.

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between CTS and the USER will be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of the city of Zaragoza.
